The partnership will see Eurojet offering the full range of Kavalan’s PVC-free solutions to print businesses across Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.

An established distributor in Central Europe, Eurojet supplies a diverse range of materials to customers throughout the region. and recognised a growing demand for more sustainable and environmentally friendly wide format print materials.

Szabolcs Molnár, co-owner of Eurojet explains: “In recent years, interest in sustainability and environmental protection has grown in the Hungarian printing market and growing numbers of our customers are adopting more sustainable approaches in response to demand from print buyers. This was why we decided to expand our range to include an environmentally friendly portfolio.”

After carefully considering the products on the market, Eurojet found the Kavalan range to be the right fit for its customers, offering an environmentally friendly solution that doesn’t compromise on print quality, strength, durability or usability.

“Working with Kavalan is a great opportunity to do more for sustainability in the large format print industry, and our long-term goal is to replace PVC-based materials in every possible application,” continues Molnár. “The Kavalan Eco Calculator will help to support this by allowing us to illustrate to customers the environmental savings that they can achieve by switching to PVC-free materials.”

Rob Karpenko, European Sales Director for Kavalan comments: “I look forward to working closely with Eurojet as demand for PVC-free wide format materials grows in Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. It is always exciting when we add a new distribution partner to our network as this really emphasises the importance of our mission to encourage the industry to make more sustainable choices. I can’t wait to see innovative applications using Kavalan materials appearing across Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic over the coming months and years.”
